Improving
We’ve only been using the product for 3 weeks, but I think we’re seeing improvement in my dogs itching. Hope it continues to get better. Only gave a four star rating due to itching still, but know we need more time to get full results.

Thanks for the feedback Jan. I wanted to confirm the delivery time since you mentioned that it took a while. The order was placed on July 24th at 2pm which misses the daily shipment cutoff, so it went out July 25th. The order was delivered 5 days later on July 30th. Does that sound right? If so, that's the normal shipping times, otherwise we have to charge the customer more (like Amazon does) to get out within 2-3 days. If that doesnt seem right, please let me know as I will check with DHL to see why they delayed the order. Thank you Chris Founder
