Sorry to hear. May I ask what you're feeding your dog? My dog will have terrible skin issues with chicken or beef flavored dog foods. We only feed my pup fish flavors as it provides needed OMEGA OILS. If i had to guess your dog is being exposed to an allergen. Food, Oils/Candles, laundry detergent, etc. It sounds like a pain but you should consider eliminating some items at a time to see if it helps. Chris Founder

Neil, I am sorry that the order hasn’t reached you yet. Canadian orders are fulfilled out of the US (to keep the cost down for CA orders) and take twice as long. Tracking shows that it’s in Canada and should be there any day now. I hope you considering updating your review once received. Hello Charles, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the shipping time. It shows that the order was placed on a Friday afternoon. Since the trucks picked up already, the order would not go out till Monday. Once it was sent out it was delivered within 8 days. We do offer an expedited shipping option if you'd like it faster. John, you just received the product less than a week ago. The directions state to give the chews a couple of weeks in order to see some benefits. We appreciate all feedback but I hope you consider updating your review since the chew isn’t supposed to make a difference within 6 days. Thank you Chris Founder

Hector, I see that the order was delivered 10 days ago. Directions ask that you give the product at least a couple of weeks before seeing results. I am all for feedback but we also ask that you give it a fair shot to work. Also, being that it’s a supplement, it usually takes time for the chews to heal. Don’t expect a 100% turnaround. With most customers, they see steady healing over Time. Thanks Chris Founder
