Hi Denise, Thank you for your order. It was placed on Friday afternoon, which meant it shipped first thing Monday (the 25th) and was delivered three business days later on the 28th. Our standard shipping timeframe is 3–4 business days, so this order was delivered within the expected window. For faster delivery, we do offer our products on Amazon, though the cost is a bit higher due to their expedited shipping. We completely understand the frustration with shipping delays and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, the timing of the order late Friday is what caused the slight delay. Hey Paul. I feel your pain. Both the website and SHOP our built by Shopify. We have no control over the backend functionality which is not ideal as we'd normally get a 5 star from you if this problem didnt exist. Update-sorry, what I meant is 5 days is our average shipping time. Amazon is 5 hours where I live. Hey Matthew. Sorry to hear. Can you confirm if this timeline sounds right. Order placed on Sunday the 6th and received July 12th? If so, 5 business days is the average time as Amazon is a whole different animal in shipping. If it was longer than than that, I will definitely want to look into. Thanks Chris Founder
