Hey Beverly. Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the product. Can you provide more detail? What issues or symptoms was your dog experiencing? After taking the chews, did you notice any reduction in your dogs symptoms? Since this is a supplement, it can take longer than 3 weeks to build up in their system, and sometimes the changes are subtle. For example, itching being 20 percent less than the previous week can be hard to gauge if the expectation is zero itching within the first month. For reference, my pit bull was itching constantly and greatly benefited from these chews. She still itched during the first month, but I noticed some reduction because I was watching her closely while testing the products effectiveness. By month three, she was about 80 percent better. She still itches here and there, but her red belly went away. How many chews are you giving your dog, and what is your dogs weight? I would suggest continuing the chews for a second month to give them a fair chance. I also canceled your recurring order, as it looks like a monthly subscription was placed. If I assumed incorrectly, let me know and I can turn it back on. Chris Founder

Hello Tacey, PetScy offers customers the ability to manage future orders. In this situation, you placed an order for the Itch Allergy Chews along with the discounted additional Itch Allergy Chews. After the order was placed, you did cancel; however, you canceled the subscriptions and future orders, not the order that was just placed. To cancel the order that was already placed, an email to support would have resolved this. We can send you a return label if you would like to return the product. Please email [email protected] to ensure a label is sent in a timely manner, as that email is logged. Trustpilot is an independent review site. Hey Joseph, You placed an order on Dec 5th, and the tracking shows it should be delivered today or tomorrow. The review request you received was triggered because a second order was processed yesterday. From the looks of it, the order from Dec 5th was set to reprocess today by the customer instead of the 30 day wait period. I assumed this was a mistake and have already cancelled and refunded it.
