Petcy has excellent customer service
Petcy has excellent customer service. Shipments arrive in a timely manner. I'm just not convinced that the product is orally performing the way advertised. My dog is 7 and struggles with bad breath. She has been on Petscy dental additive since a puppy. Last cleaning she had 11 teeth pulled. With that being said is it worth the cost. I keep buying the product hoping its still helping, somewhat????

It’s way too early to tell
It’s way too early to tell. We’ve been on it for 18 days and NO CHANGE IN CHEWING ON PAWS. The top of her feet are pink and she chews on her feet non-stop. Her stool is consistent - and that’s why 3 stars. I’m beginning to think all you companies just offer hope. I’ll try another month, and you will join Betterwild and PetLabs, and several others on my SHELF OF SHAME.

I tried it
Tried your product on my 5 year old mini Aussie but could not see any results in the almost 2 months of giving her the recommended dosage. Cancelled my subscription.

I didn't like the automatic sending the product out, I feel this is a scam for you all to gain a nickel. I tried to cancel and instead you sent some out and used the I didnt get a request. Time used for me to send back put stress on me.

At this point I can’t tell if it’s helping my pet or not with his itching. It does t seem to be but I know it takes time and he has only been on this about a month
