Hey Hubert, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As a small brand we have to depend on the large couriers. All orders go out the next day unless it is the weekend, then they go out Monday. I do see that DHL mishipped the last order. I understand your frustration, as they have one job. It is also frustrating for us because we care very much about our star rating, and receiving 3 stars due to another companys mistake is unacceptable on DHLs part. Hello Neil, Im a little confused because the order was placed. Note that the 5 extra units were a separate purchase, so they wouldnt appear on the invoice sent. If the goal was to order the 5 units, that order went through and youre all set and will receive the 2 units and 5 units. If so, I kindly ask that you update the review based on our service and reply, as 3 stars means we did a bad job. Let me know if there was anything else. Thanks Chris
