Hi Tamara, I noticed you received the product just 7 days ago. The directions recommend allowing up to 30 days to see full results. While the chews may already be helping reduce your dog’s itching, it's completely normal to still see some symptoms early on—that’s why giving it the full 30 days is so important. I kindly ask that you consider removing your current review and updating it after the full 30-day period. First order was lost company said they would reship the order never heard back

Hey Ike, I was sorry to see a 2 star review, since we’re actively resolving the issue by replacing the order that DHL lost. You contacted us Friday, and while the replacement didn’t make the 11 AM shipping cutoff that day, it was packed and is being sent out today. Below is the tracking number, which will update once DHL picks it up later today. You will also receive a tracking email tomorrow. Given the circumstances, I hope you’ll consider updating the 2-star review. We genuinely appreciate your business and any update you might make. Negative reviews have a big impact on small businesses like ours. Our dog has been on this for 2 weeks and nothing has changed still scratches itches and everything else. We're going to give it a little bit more time see if it will help him or not.
