After reviewing your order, I can see that you initially selected the recurring monthly option for the Itch Allergy Plus Chews. After checkout, a discounted offer was presented for the same product. During that process, there is a clear “Purchase Now” button followed by a confirmation step, and that option was selected—adding the second discounted product to your order. To clarify, PetScy did not add this product automatically, and we would never want a customer to receive something they did not intend to purchase. We truly value all feedback, as reviews directly impact our business. A one-star review suggests that PetScy made a serious error, but in this case, the system functioned as designed based on the selections made during checkout. Hello Orbie, The PetScy website allows customers to choose between a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription using a toggle on the product page. At the time of your order, you selected recurring option. The product is also named "Product Name" Subscription, once its added to your cart and at checkout to make it even more clear. The good news is we can resolve this. If you’re not already in contact with customer support, I’ll have them reach out to you now with a return label so we can process your refund. Hello Billie, I’m sorry for your experience. I’m the founder, and I personally review all Trustpilot feedback to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our records show that on March 11, the customer logged into the portal to cancel your subscription. During that process, you were offered a one-time discount to continue for two more months, which was accepted by the customer. Because of that, the subscription was not canceled, and a new order was scheduled 30 days later, which processed on Wednesday. Does that sound familiar? I’m happy to provide a screenshot of the full timeline if that would be helpful. Regarding order #393421, that was your November order. On December 18, you contacted support and requested to push it back a couple of months. Then, on March 11, instead of canceling, you accepted the two-month discounted offer. We do not issue cancellation confirmation numbers, so the number you’re referencing is likely the order number you saw while managing your subscription. I also checked our phone records and did not see any calls from the number we have on file ending in *900 in the month of March. We didnt have any numbers that called with the area code. That said, I want to make sure this is resolved for you. We can send you a return label for this order if you would like to return it for a refund. Hello Jo, We went ahead and cancelled any future orders. Note, we did recently update the formula. The order that is on its way now has Colostrum and Quercetin (acts like a antihistamine). Therefore, I suggest trying this last bottle as it may help. If you received that formula with the first order in March, let me know and i can get you out a return label to return for a refund. Hey Chandra, I’m sorry to hear the chews didn’t meet your expectations. I do want to mention that these are supplements, not an overnight fix like prescription medications. The ingredients take time to start working, and often the challenge is that there is improvement, but not 100% resolution, so it can feel like they are not helping. Not saying that’s necessarily the case here, as not all symptoms can be fully resolved by a supplement. However, I do see the product was received about 3 weeks ago, and we generally recommend allowing 30 days to start seeing results. What we suggest is taking a closer look at your pup and noting if there has been any reduction in symptoms. It can be subtle—for example, they may still be itching, but possibly less than before. Even small improvements are a good sign the chews are working and should continue to help over time. Hey Paul, following up to be message below. Just want to make sure that you're aware that we don't randomly charge customers. Paul, We don’t randomly charge customers. That would be a waste of money for us since we pay for the return label, and it would also be bad for business. An e-commerce company records and timestamps every action taken by both the customer support team and the customer. When I see reviews like this, I want to make sure nothing improper occurred. If there was a mistake on our end, I would absolutely own it and make sure it doesn’t happen again. However, nothing improper occurred in this case. On January 3rd, your order rebilled as normal, 30 days after your previous order. Later that same day, the customer requested a login code to the customer portal and manually updated the subscription. The next scheduled order for February 3rd was skipped, pushing the following shipment to March 3rd. Here is the copied timestamp from the system: "Subscription #704222150 Probiotic Health Chews - Subscription - 2 Units skipped by customer Jan 3, 2026 | 12:08:03 PM EST Existing charge scheduled for Feb 03, 2026 for 'Probiotic Health Chews - Subscription - 2 Units' skipped" My guess is you may not remember making that change, but it did occur. PetScy did not scam you. We simply sent the order based on the subscription schedule after it was updated. If this refreshes your memory, it would be appreciated if you updated the review, as we fulfilled the order as requested and still provided a free return label when the order was no longer wanted.
