Thank you for the feedback. Records show that your order was placed this past Sunday on August 16th. The next day the order was fulfilled by our team and picked up by the USPS. According to tracking, the package will arrive at your door tomorrow (Aug 21). Hopefully, you will reconsider your rating (and angry emoji) once its at your door tomorrow. Maybe 4-5 stars since it was delivered within 4-5 days? UPDATE (8.22.20): Package was delivered Aug 22nd. Note we had the order in the mail within 1 hour of receiving. After that we rely on the USPS which took 6 days.

Hello Ruth, We are sorry to hear about your dog. Unfortunately, sometimes Fish and Omega Oils are to much for certain dog's digestive system. We went ahead and cancelled your subscription order.

Hello Darrell, We are sorry for the confusion. When you placed the order, the first question that was asked was for you to choose if you would like the product on subscription or one time purchase. It sounds like you chose the subscription option that came with a 30% discount. The product was also listed as an "auto renew" product at checkout before you finalized the sale. If you haven't already, please email [email protected] and we will happily resolve this issue.

Sue, we sorry for your displeasure. Originally you emailed/called at 9pm the night you placed your order. Our customer service team is only available during normal business hours as we are a small business. Unfortunately, our fulfillment team (different company that works 24/7) shipped that order out that night as our customers expect their product immediately. The next morning my customer service team escalated your email. Your issue was that you ordered our product on a subscription basis, at a 30% discount, by accident compared to the One Time Purchase. You did not want our product on a subscription basis. Understandable. I (the owner) personally called your house twice that day as well as emailed you. Since the product was already in the mail I wanted to create a solution where everyone wins. Therefore, I cancelled any future subscription reorders. This gave you the best of both worlds. Our product to try on a “one time basis” while still enjoying the 30% discount. I emailed you again the next day as well. Once again i apologize that you were unable to speak to customer service once the error occurred. However, we made every attempt to contact you and resolved your originally issue along with providing a discount. You can return for a full refund. If you decide to keep I will go ahead and donate your entire sales price to the local Humane Society on your behalf.
