Hello Customer. We never send out products without approval. The first question on the website is if you would like to order the product on Subscription or as an One Time Purchase. You chose Subscription, therefore we sent out the product based on what you picked. However, we understand that accidents happen and you can return the product for a 100% refund. Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that your pup did not benefit from the chew like many of our other customers. Granted you have only given the chew to your dog for a week and normally takes longer. However if your dog is itching more they may be allergic to the ingredients and should discontinue. Hey Andrew. We appreciate all feedback. I am sorry to hear that the chews didn’t help your dog as desired. We know that every dog is different and some benefit more than others. If the chew is not helping there could be a couple reasons. First, your dogs underlining condition can not be resolved through nutrition and the chew won’t help. Secondly, consider if your dog may be exposed daily to an allergen. For example, we have had customers where the chew didn’t help but later found out that they were feeding their dog chicken flavored dog food (dog was allergic to chicken). Consider eliminating certain foods, activities, or treats to see if it helps. Cheers, Chris Founder

Thank you for the feedback. We understand that not every customer may have the desired results from our products as their pets underlining condition may not be resolved through diet. Couple of suggestions: - You received the order 10 days ago. Continue to give to your dog as we have customers that do not see results till 30 days. Supplements take time. - consider 2x the dosage -consider any allergens your dog may be exposed to. Our supplements won’t directly combat symptoms from acute allergen exposure. Thanks PetScy
