Hey John, When you placed your original order you chose the monthly recurring option. The "refill" was the order that you may have accidently signed up for. The good news is we have a pretty lenient return policy. Reviewing your order, it appears that a refund was processed around 3 hours ago. As for your dog. If the chews didn't help it sounds like your dog may be exposed to an allergen. I would suggest trying a different dog food. My dog has the same symptoms if I were to feed her a Chicken or Beef flavored dog food. I would suggest a Fish Flavor as they're packed with omega oils which is great for their skin. If it's not their dog food it may be a detergent or cleaning substance in your home. I wish the chews solved your issue but 9/10 times we later find that it was due to an acute allergen exposure. Unfortunately, the chew is not strong enough to combat direct exposure. Thank you, Chris

Thank you for the feedback. You already provided a 1 star review for a total of two. Would appreciate if you would delete one of them. We are sorry that the chews did not help your dog. Every dog is different and their underlining condition may not be resolved by a supplement. However, if your dog is suffering it’s most likely that they’re being exposed to an allergen on a daily basis. And if so even the strongest prescription drugs will have a tough time breaking through, let alone a over the counter supplement. If you read through other reviews you will see that the chew is very effective which makes me believe it’s not the chew but something environmental. What’s the flavor of your dog food? If chicken or beef that may be the issue as my dogs skin/itching will suffer greatly if she is fed chicken flavor food. We only feed my pitty salmon or fish flavored foods. They’re packed with Omega 6 oils that is great for her skin. We supplement her food with our itch chews as they’re packed with Omega 3 oils giving her a range of effective nutrients. Have you switched out your dogs food during her suffering? It took us 4 different brands to finally find one that doesn’t make our dog itch/suffer. You probably get the point that their food is usually the first suspect. Candles, detergent, oils could also be causing your dogs allergic reaction. Finally, some dogs skin issues are not rooted in the skin itself but in their gut. If they’re eating grass or have yeast build up in their paws or skin, these are usually signs of gut issues. If so we have a probiotic chew that may solve your pups issues. We offer this new chew to current customers where the itch chew didn’t help for a large discount. You pay shipping and handling ($9). We offer this discount as we know some of our clients issues start from the gut and the itch chew may simply not be the right chew for the job. Hey Robert. I apologize for the delay as we have no control over USPS. We will always take care of the customer but our protocol is to replace a order once it’s 20 days missing. Your order is on Day 11. TThe good news however is I just check tracking and it updated today stating that it is “out for delivery” so I expect it to be there today or tomorrow. Sorry to hear that the chew was not effective for your pup. What may work for one dog may not be the right solution for another. Another challenge when it comes to supplements is the dog's environment. For example, the chew may be effective but the dogs environment may expose them to allergens on an acute basis which the chew may not be able to overcome (Chicken Flavored Dog Food, Scented Candles, Detergent, grass). Not saying that's the case in your situation as your dog's issues may not be resolved through nutrition but worth the mention as environment has been a common issue with other customers. Sorry to hear. Your dog has a fine palate as the majority of dogs we’ve tested the flavor profile with enjoyed the chews taste. Every dog is different but I wouldn’t say the product is a one star, just means your dog is not a seafood lover (fish oil is the main ingredient in the chew). Thank you for the feedback. PetScy

Hello Cynzia. We never just send products to a customer unless they order. If you go back and view petscy.com you will see that the order process is clear when ordering. You can order the product as an one time purchase or on subscription. You may have ordered on subscription on accident which happens You can contact PetScy and return the item for a full refund.
