Hey Debra. I appreciate the feedback as we are always trying to better our brand. Are you giving us a 1 star solely bc your dog who’s a picky eater didn’t take the chew? Clarification helps as a lot of potential customers read these reviews. If it’s just the dog being a picky eater it helps to know that and understand that the one star review was not actually about the product but more a subjective situation. Also try crumbling up into their food. Thank you, Chris Founder

Hello Cynthia. We always appreciate the feedback as Petscy and myself can learn from this and better the company. If I am understanding correctly you gave our itch chews a 1 star because it contained an ingredient (corn), that you were aware that your dog was allergic to, and they had an adverse reaction? PetScy provides pictures of all the ingredient panels during the “ordering process” so a customer can review before purchasing as the customer is responsible for their dogs health and allergies. I may be missing something but I am unsure where we could improve to avoid this situation in the future. Please let me know and I will see that these updates or protocols are updated. I’m sorry to hear that our chews did not help your dog. There are so many factors that could be the reason. The most common one is due to acute allergen exposure. For example, if your dog is allergic to their food or grass/candles/etc the chews will have a tough time overcoming if exposed daily. Or it’s simply that the chew wasn’t the right fit for your dogs underlining condition. Thank you Chris Founder

Hello Vicki, Upon your review we learned that UPS lost the order. We went ahead and processed a new order and paid for expiited shipping. You will have it by Friday according to tracking. I hope you will consider updating your review based on our response. Once we learned about the issue we went ahead and resolved quickly. Hey Marty, I am sorry to hear that your dog did not benefit from our product(s). It sounds like your dog is allergic to our chews flavoring ( pork ) and should stop taking. As you can imagine, if your dog's allergic to something, they will have an adverse effect. Unfortunately, PetScy has no way of knowing if your dog is allergic to Pork and leave that for the customer to know. Doesnt mean it's a "terrible product". Just means it's not the right fit for your dog. Thank you, Chris Founder

I’m sorry to hear that the chews didn’t help your dogs underlining condition as they’ve helped thousands of other dogs. Unfortunately some conditions can not be solved through nutrition. I’m sure this is not new information but have you considered that your dog may be exposed to a direct allergen in your home. Usually, it’s their food that’s causing the issues. I know my pitbull Bella had bald spots and it took us a couple of months of trying different dog foods. What we learned is that every brand is different. For example , a salmon flavored brand caused skin issues in Bella Vs another salmon flavored brand that she wasn’t allergic to. Once we found the right food, her coat approved quickly. Besides food, it may be something as innocent as a detergent, cleaner, or other household items. Anyway, I’m sorry PetScy couldn’t help your dog as we truly want to help every pet. However, sometimes our chews are not the right fit. Chris Founder

Cynthia, We have a quality control team that checks every order before being sent out. If the seal was broken and leaked it occurred during shipping which we have no control over. Reviewing the case I see that you already contacted support three days ago. PetScy replaced the bottle with no questions asked. Tracking link below states that it will be delivered tomorrow. Other companies will make the customer file a claim with the post office as the order was fulfilled undamaged. Replacement order will be there 4 days after it was reported. We appreciate all feedback as we can learn from and correct. However, I am unsure on what we need to correct? Therefore, please let me know if I am missing anything as it appears PetScy resolved effectively and quickly?
