Sorry to hear. When we created the chew we went through multiple taste tests with the local humane society. 36/39 of these r dogs consumed the chew more than once. So flavor is really subjective as one dog’s palate could rival Gordon Ramsay’s vs my neighbors dog that eats poop. However, I understand your frustration. Hopefully any potential customers that see this one star review will understand that the product still may help their dog. Assuming you’ve crushed it up in their food? Thanks Chris Founder

Sorry to hear that it didn’t help as it’s helped tens of thousands of other dogs. Sometimes it’s just not the right fit for your dogs underlining condition. Thanks Chris founder

Hello Bruce. Sorry to hear that the dental cleanse possibly disrupted their stomach. This is the first time I’ve heard from a customer that the dental cleanse caused diarrhea. Is there any chance that your dogs got into something prior? And to re-confirm you applied a single cap of Cleanse to 4 separate bowls or did you 4x the amount in one bowl? Was this the first application as in they only ingested once? Or over a week period? I appreciate your replies as I’m just want to work through the issue as this product should not lead to loose stool. Thank you Chris Founder

Hello William, I am sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with Petscy. Unfortunately when it comes to shipping we have to utilize third party companies like UPS/DHL/USPS. As a result we lose control of the delivery process and only can monitor the order and resolve on a case by case basis. On the 18th the order was scanned by USPS (as they handle the last stop) and now we are waiting for your mailman to drop it off. The tracking shows a delivery date for today. However, if the order is still not delivered by Monday we will resolve accordingly. Once again, I apologize for the delay. Mistakes will always happen but PetScy will always resolve to the customers benefit. Let me know if you have any questions. Please respond to this review on Monday if you haven’t recieved yet and I’ll personally resolve. Thank You Chris Founder

Hello Todd, There’s no scam. I’m personally reviewing your order and I see that your order is estimated to be delivered today. I can understand your frustration as the order as taken longer to get there than usual. It frustrates me as we dropped the order off to UPS the day it was ordered and they managed to screw up the only job that they have causing you to leave a 1 star review. I can tell you that mistakes will happen but Petscy will always resolve and take care of our customers. I hope you can understand that this delay is out of our control and consider updating the review once received. https://www.ups.com/track?loc=null&tracknum=92748909840687583002443185&requester=MB/trackdetails Thank you Chris Founder

Hey Deborah. Thank you for the reply. So the chews are supposed to be a dark color. If the first order was darker/richer it just means that you received an order that just shipped from our manufacturer vs an order that sat in an A/C warehouse for a week or two. The chews are effective up to two years per lab testing regardless. As for buying reviews you’re somewhat correct as some brands can only exist with “fake reviews”. However, we spend a pretty penny paying Trustpilot each month to collect reviews for us. We do so as they’re the only credible review system that has automated checks and balances to verify if the review is from a real customer. If anyone attempts to plant fake reviews Trustpilot will send a cease and desist letter and go as far as pressing charges for Fraud. Pretty intense for a review company I might add. As you can imagine having Trustpilot does help with sales as we’re one of the few brands that are credible and show real reviews. I’m proud to say that we have a high rating from verified customers (that we didn’t have to pay for). We also have a small % of low star reviews as you can’t please everybody. Especially with a pet supplement that is very subjective and sometimes not the right solution to begin with. Now, I definitely do try and resolve those lower reviews as my goal is to make them a 5 star reviewer by resolving their issues or concerns. As for fake reviews I can tell you that any brand that has reviews on their website (and doesn’t pay for a third party company such as Trustpilot) are not paying for their reviews, they’re just writing the reviews themselves. I would stay away from those brands as they’re a scam. Anyway, we are sorry to lose you as a customer and wished the chews helped as they did for many of our other customers. But as mentioned previously, the chews just may not be the right fit for your pups, which happens. Thank you Chris. Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry the chews didn’t help your pups. Since our veterinarian’s are unable to evaluate your pets before ordering we have to leave it up to the customer to evaluate if this product is the right fit for their underlining condition. If the chews didn’t help it sounds like your dogs maybe exposed to an environment allergen on a daily basis. If so, a supplement will not overcome such acute exposure. But it also can be that it’s just not the right fit for your dog. As for the chew itself. It’s helped tens thousands of other dogs. So there may be some external factors that might may be effecting their results OR it just wasn’t the right fit. None the less. There’s a reason why our itch chews have so many 5 star (verified) reviews and has been a great substitute for allergy shots or Apaquel. Also, may I ask if there is any other issues or problems besides the chews not helping ? Maybe there’s something we can improve on if there’s something else. Thank you Chris Founder

I’m sorry to hear that USPS/UPS has delayed your order. It’s a shame that we fulfilled your order on the day it was placed but yet we are getting the one star review for something that is out of our control. What is in our control is how we handle situations like this. For example, if the product was lost or takes longer than 20 days we would refund or replace. Checking tracking it shows that it will be delivered tomorrow. I hope you will consider updating your review once received. I also recommend you leave your one star review with USPS/UPS as they’re the business that’s causing the delay, not Petscy. I am personally handling your case. Please let me know if the order is not received by Monday. Thank you Chris Founder

PetScy will never and go and update a customer’s address. Our system records every update and none were made to your account. Which means that the address that was provided by the customer is where the order was sent. Also, an email confirmation was sent on Sept 18. Please pull that email up as it will show the address entered by the customer. If it’s different than the address we mailed the orders to I will give you a $100 credit to PetScy. My team sent me over your response about keeping your money and will just order from Amazon. Even though we can close this case out I want to make sure this is resolved accordingly. Can you provide me the address it was supposed to be sent to? I will personally resolve as I want to make sure you become a 5 star customer. Look forward to your reply. Thank you Chris Founder.
