After going through two complete orders nothing changed. She is still scratching, biting her feet etc. I will not be ordering anymore of this product. I thought after 60 days that that might not be enough so we paced a second order. Still no improvement.

February 28 I placed an order. March 17th still have not received my order. By the time I receive the replacement it will be a month. Way too long.

Hello Pauline, I’m sorry for delay as it appears USPS dropped the ball. Petscy sent out the order on 2/28 and was received by USPS in West Warwick 3/3 but then never left their facility. Either it was lost or delayed. This is unacceptable and frustrating that the USPS didn’t complete its only job. However, PetScy will always take action with issues within our control. Therefore, I went ahead and refunded the order. Petscy is a small business and reviews help with our success. Since the issue was with USPS and Petscy resolved accordingly once we learned about the issue. Would you consider updating your review based on how we handled the issues under our control? Pest cy - should be the name. I have been charged and sent 4 shipments of this product. I ordered it once - my dog did not like it. But this company keeps sending it and charging me although I have called and cancelled several times. The product is useless

It was a crazy process to cancel the order and now to ship all the product containers back for a REFUND. None of the product produced any results what-so-ever, not even a slight improvement. And the "Treats" RAWHIDE - seriously, these are DOG KILLERS. I had to do CPR on a dog once already from a piece of rawhide giving the dog a FULL obstruction. I nearly lost her. You should reconsider offering this product knowing it's not safe. Hopefully once you receive my parcel I will receive the refund as expected. Then I will have a better review for you.

Update- customer service team notified me that you contacted Petscy support earlier this week and they sent out a replacement order asap which will get there in the next day or two. Can you confirm that this is the case? I called twice to confirm if the order was resolved. If a replacement order was sent and we resolved, why the one star? Hey Elizabeth, Following up to my call. Did you ever contact support about the order so they could’ve resolved? We rely on USPS to deliver our products and if there’s a delay or missing order, Petscy will happily resolve and correct any error committed by the carriers? Once confirmed above I can send out a replacement order and expedite shipping for free. Also, I hope you consider updating your review based on PetScy’s service and not base it on another companies mistake. Thanks Chris Founder

We utilize a third party fullfillment company and sometimes they make mistakes when packing. I asked customer service to reach out and we will get the missing jar out to you. Hello Kristy, Reviewing tracking it shows that UPS had a delay. Tracking below shows that it should be there in the next day or so. The "view details" link shows that it's at the sorting facility near your house. If the order is not there by Thursday, please reply back to this review and Ill personally resolve through refund or order replacement. As for the one star review. Did you contact PetScy first about the order? If so, can you let me know why the customer service was one star? This would help me better the brand. If the one star is solely because the order was delayed. I hope you will reconsider updating your review based on the customer service we are providing currently to resolve the issue caused by carrier. I signed up for a monthly order in December it was shipped on Dec.13/22. I then look for a email from PetScy on the 13,14 and 15th of January, and the money is still in my account. I called on 15/01/2023. They assured me they would correct this and it would be taken care of right away, and apologized for the inconvenience. On 18/01/2023 money still in bank, I call again they are unaware of my order,was then re-assured it would be taken care of AGAIN, and another APOLOGY. Order confirmed 20/01/2023 and did NOT ship until 25/01/2023. I just don't understand, but it's a deal breaker.

Hello Cecil. I am the founder of the company and reviewed the case. Looking at your first order it shows that it was ordered on Dec 13th and mailed out that evening. With Canadian orders they have extra routes and delays which is out of our control but apologize for as it’s still frustrating. The tracking shows that it was received in Canada 5 days later on 12/20 but for some reason sat there till it was delivered on Jan5th. Carrier really dropped the ball here. I’ve included the tracking link below. You can click on “view details” and “shipment progress to see all the dates are accurate. As for the second order it did rebill on 01/20/23. However, the customer notes shows on that day the customer called and requested to move the charge date to 01/24/23. So that’s why it shipped a couple of days later. I do understand your frustration and apologize for the delays that have occurred . This isn’t really a customer service issue as it’s more the carrier (UPS) delaying the order. None the less it’s still our responsibility to make sure the customers is satisfied. I went ahead and cancelled any future orders as my concern is that the deliveries in your area will always be delayed. I also attached tracking for both orders below to verify the dates i mentioned above. The second order appears to be moving as it should and arrive within then normal window of delivery. If you need me to turn your future orders back on or need anything else simply reply to this email and I will personally resolve or Answer any questions you may still have.
