UPDATED REPLY 3.11.26: Hey Linda, Thank you for the update. I do want to mention that you placed a second order on Monday. Im in a rock in a hard spot, as I am holding the order bc i want to make sure you meant to place that second order as the last thing I want to happen is that you receive an order you didnt want. However if that was correct, ill expedite this order so no time was lost. Let me know ASAP if you wanted the second ITch Allergy Plus order? Thank you Chris Founder As the founder of the company, I personally review every Trustpilot review to ensure we are providing the best possible service. I believe your concern may be about shipping time, so I wanted to clarify the timeline. You placed your first order on March 6 at 3 PM (Friday afternoon). Because it was placed later in the day on Friday, it shipped first thing Monday, which is standard for most e-commerce businesses since fulfillment center employees typically do not operate on weekends. That order is currently in transit and expected to arrive by March 11. You also placed a second order on March 9, which was shipped out today. I also want to mention that both the order you placed on Friday and the order you placed yesterday were set up as recurring orders that will ship again 30 days from now. Please let me know if you would like to keep those on a recurring basis or if you would prefer that we change them to a one time purchase. Now that you have the full timeline and can see the weekend was the only delay rather than a service issue, I hope you may consider updating the one star review, as that rating suggests we performed very poorly. If you still feel that orders should ship during the weekend, then I understand leaving the review as it is. For future orders, you may also consider purchasing through Amazon, where faster delivery and weekend shipping are available, though products are typically 10 to 20 percent more expensive due to expedited shipping or weekend fulfillment costs.
