Hello Charles. Direction state to allow 2-3 weeks (or maybe longer) to show benefits as healing takes time. I see that you received the product 8 days ago. However, if you feel that your dog has gotten worst they may be allergic to pork. If so, they could be allergic to other land animals such as chicken and beef. If so, I would discontinue taking the chews as we would never recommend our product if they’re allergic to pork. The good news is if this was discovered you may be able heal your dogs skin issues by simply changing their diet. My Pitty will itch terribly if I feed her chicken/beef/lamb flavored dog foods. She only gets fish flavors as it provides omega oils for her skin. If you don’t think your dog is allergic to the pork flavoring I suggest increasing the dosage to one chew in the morning and one at night. Chris Founder.

Hey Daniel. I am sorry for the delay. After reviewing the tracking it appears that UPS has lost the order. My customer service is kind of handcuffed in these instances as they need to wait a certain amount of time before replacing or refunding. That being said. Petscy offers a money back guarantee. If the customer is unhappy with the product they can return for a refund. What you did is considered “Friendly Fraud”. You claim to be unhappy with the product but made no attempt to contact PetScy to resolve. Instead you filed a bank dispute while keeping the items. This is a common tactic for people trying to game the system. Therefore, we will challenge the dispute and if the case rules in Petscy favor you will be responsible for any fees associated with filing the dispute. We are a honest company but if we feel that a customer is abusing the system we will use all tools at are disposal to challenge the case. You left out the part where I said you could still return for a refund. That offer still stands.

Hello Sherrie, Thank you for your feedback as it allows us to learn and grow. However, I am unsure for the one star? Petscy shows all of the ingredients and nutritional values on our site so you can determine if our products are a good fit before ordering. On top of that, we offer free returns (at our expense) to rectify any issues you may have. Unfortunately a stamp is needed in order to ship the product back. That being said, can you elaborate on where we could’ve done better? One star means that everything was terrible. Where this just seems to be a situation where the product was not the right fit and you took advantage of our “no questions asked” return policy. Your feedback is appreciated. Also, if you ordered any items on a monthly recurring basis. You will want to log into the portal and cancel or reply back and I can handle for you so nothing is sent in the future. Unfortunately the one thing we cant control is a dogs palate. Some dogs will eat poop and others will act like they’re Gordon Ramsey. The other option is crumbling up like you’re doing already or adding peanut butter. Reviews are Important and we appreciate all constructive feedback. However, being that this subjective I hope you consider updating your review based on that. One star means the product is terrible which isn’t the case here. Just means your dog isn’t a fan of pork. One star implies that it’s a bad product. Would you consider deleting ? Margaret, since this issue is subjective. Is negative review even appropriate as this falls more under being inconclusive. One of my dogs will eat other dogs poop but won’t eat certain treats I’ve given her. Does that make the treat bad? No, just means my dog has an eclectic palate. Anyway, I hope you take that into consideration and consider removing the review. Also. Try breaking up in their food. Thanks Chris Founder
