Debra, Following up to ask to update your review since the issue was caused by your bank and not PetScy My team updated me that you informed them that the bank posted an error and the correct amount was charged Can you update or delete the review since this issue was not caused by PetScy? Hey John, I see that the order was delivered a week and half ago. Normally customers see results after a couple of weeks. Also, your dog will still itch. However, they will decrease over time. Make sure to log into your customer portal to cancel your upcoming order since you ordered on a monthly recurring basis. Thank You Chris

The review system is setup to send to customers that are also on subscription that have had the product for months. Normally a customer will wait on leaving a review if the case vs giving one star. Chris Founder

Hey Kathleen. Chews usually take longer than 10 days to help. Your dog will still itch but will reduce over time. None the less. You ordered on subscription so make sure to login to your user portal on Petscy.com to cancel any future orders. Chris Founder

Hello Victoria. I went ahead and cancelled any future orders. As for the website, we provide step by step directions on how to cancel. They're located under the FAQ section. We also have our support number on the product, package, and inserts so a customer can easily contact PetScy and cancel. Please let me know where you were having troubles as I always want to better the customer experience. Thank You Chris
