Hello Erin, Being that Petscy is a web based company the customer will need to log into their customer portal to cancel any future orders. Petscy also has a support team that will also assist with order management. Petscy tracks every call and email for these types of instances. Upon checking the database there are no records of the customer contacting Petscy (via phone call or email) nor did the customer log into the portal to cancel. Without proper cancellation Petscy’s website will process and send another order as the customer “ordered”. Therefore an order was sent on Saturday. The good news is we offer a money back guarantee. Simply take the package once it’s received and write “Refused” on the package. Then place back into your mailbox. Once completed, email [email protected] letting them know that you refused the order and requesting a refund. Once the tracking updates showing that it’s being returned. A full refund will be provided. I understand your frustration and will happily answer any questions. Just reply back. Thank you Petscy Support

FOLLOW UP (12/11/23). Customer service team attempted to reach out confirm if you'd like us to resend or refund your order that USPS lost. Please reply back. Thank you Ashley, We apologize for the delay. Upon review, it appears that USPS screwed up the one job they had. Now that we are aware we can either resend the item or refund you. Hello Francis. First I apologize for the delivery error. We utilize a third party Fullfilment center and sometimes they make errors. When caught we will resolve immediately. Second, I am checking the call records and records show that you called after hours at 10pm. The recording you received allowed you to receive a call back or log in to email over a request. If you would’ve called during biz hours we would’ve easily resolved. I hope you will consider updating your review based on how petscy resolved your issue.
