A tracking label was sent to your aol email yesterday. Please check your spam box. If you can not locate you will need to contact support at 813-448-5000 or [email protected] and they will resend. However, it will end up in your spam box again. As for our return fees we do charge a $20 to cover the shipping on any orders over $80. We state this on our return policy that’s located on Petscy.com. We do this to protect us from fraud and to cover the costs if a customer places a large order only to send to back without utilizing. Jonathan, Petscy offers recurring or one time purchase products. If a customer chooses the recurring option they are required to cancel any future orders before their processing date. To ensure that every order goes out on time. Orders are processed early in the morning. If a customer attempts to cancel the day of. We will attempt to cancel but most times the order is already en route. Petscy does offer a money back guarantee on any open orders in case you do not cancel on time.
