Hello Anna, Petscy is an automated online company. Just like Amazon, customers are required to log on and cancel their order through the customer portal. If you back to your emails you will that petscy provided a response email immediately after your email was sent on how to log in and cancel. None the less I’ve notified my support team to cancel any future orders. You can also return any previous orders for a full refund. Simply, go to Petscy.com and under account management you will find the return info page. Thank you Chris Founder

Hello Rebecca, did you contact customer Support about this issue? We sent the order the next day but unfortunately we will never know if the courier failed in shipping unless the customer notifies us. I reached out to my support team and tracking shows that it will be there today which is 9 business days. Normally it gets there faster but these are items out of our control. I hope if you’re satisfied you will updated your review. If for some reason you don’t receive by tomorrow, reply to this review and I’ll personally call UPS to understand why they’re dropping the ball. Thank you Chris Founder

Mr Welch, I am sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our policies. Let me state first that we never automatically put a customer on a subscription order. The customer chooses if they’d like the product as a one time purchase or a recurring order. You the customer chose the recurring option. If you log on to Petscy.com you will see that both options are presented to the customer during the ordering process . As for the return fee, we do charge a $20 fee to cover the shipping costs on larger orders to protect Petscy from fraud and other costs due to customers not managing their subscription order accordingly. Please let me know if there’s anything we could’ve done differently as I will review all recommendations to better my brand. However, I believe a lot of your frustration stems from believing that Petscy placed you in an automatic billing cycle when really that option is chosen by the customer. I do appreciate and hope to keep you as a customer. Therefore, I let my team know to waive the $20 fee to return those items since it seems like a honest mistake on your end. Chris Founder

I've already canceled your recurring order as per your request. Upon reviewing your order history, on December 6th, you placed an order on PetScy.com. This order included a One-Time Purchase Joint Chew and a Recurring Itch Chew, which is set to send every two months to ensure you never run out of your current bottle. Our website provides clear options for customers to choose between a convenient recurring order or a one-time purchase for each product. However, sometimes customers miss that option in which we will always resolve. Please be assured that we only fulfill orders based on the choices made by the customer during the ordering process. Hello William. I am sorry to hear about your dog. As for our produce’s being safe. I give me own dogs out itch and probiotic chews and at the proper dosage they’re 💯 safe. We also have many veterinarians that offer our product due to our safe and effective ingredients. As for cancellation, customers are required to log into their customer portal to cancel any future orders. None the less, I asked customer support to reach out and provide you a return label.
