Our system shows a timeline, but it’s not as detailed as I’d like. It appears you logged into the portal and placed an order, then about 30 minutes later placed a second one. Does that sound possible—maybe the order was submitted twice by mistake on your end? This will help me better understand and review the situation. As for the second order, I can either: A) Send you a return label for a full refund, or B) Refund 50% and you keep the product at a one-time discounted rate.
