Hi Julie, We are glad to hear your order arrived quickly! We make it a priority to get our products shipped out fast so your pup doesn't have to wait to start their new routine. We’re just as anxious to hear how it works for you. Remember that for most of our supplements, the best results come after the ingredients have had a few weeks to build up in the system, so consistency is key. We look forward to your update! I bought for my dogs itchy ears and paws. It is a good product. My dog didn’t like the taste. I am not surprised. She is difficult getting any meds down. I notified Petsy and they giving me a refund. Thank you.

Hey Max, Awesome to hear—really glad it’s helping. We’re actually excited because we improved the Itch Allergy Plus formula in March. The product you’re using still has the same core ingredients, but we added colostrum and increased the quercetin and bromelain. Colostrum helps support the immune system and gut health, which are both closely tied to skin condition and allergies. Quercetin is often referred to as a natural antihistamine and helps reduce the body’s allergic response, while bromelain helps improve its absorption and effectiveness. Together, these ingredients can help reduce itching more quickly while also supporting longer-term relief. Most dogs start to show improvements within a few days to a couple of weeks, with more noticeable results building over consistent daily use. I also sent you an text with a special offer. Hi Amanda, We are glad to hear the ordering process was a breeze for you! We truly appreciate you taking a methodical approach; it does take a little time for the ingredients to build up in a dog's system, so your patience is spot on. We look forward to hearing your thoughts once you've had a chance to see the results! Best, PetScy Support
