Hello Pattie. I went ahead and cancelled any future orders. May I ask why the one star as I am always trying to better our brand. As for cancellations a customer can email support or call to cancel. We also make it easy where a customer can cancel by going to Petscy.com and logging into their customer portal. Thank you Chris Founder

Hello Mr Wingo. Due to the amount of orders that go out we are only aware of delays or lost orders once the customer reaches out to support. After review, it shows that an order was delayed and should be there by Monday-Tuesday. I apologize for the delay as this is not the norm. Hello Don. I am sorry to hear that our products did not help your pet. As for customer service we allow customers to a) call customer support to manage their order or b) log into our easy to use customer portal to manage their order. Records show that an email was sent to you with step by step directions. Just like Amazon the customer needs to log in to cancel due due to the amount of customers we manage at one time. Even though your didn’t cancel we can provide you a return stamp at no cost and issue a full refund. Let me know if you have any questions. Best of luck Chris Founder

Following up Hello Betty. Your order is en route. Tracking link is attached below. It’s shows Aug 5 but that’s usually conservative. The order has already arrived in OK so I expect it sooner. You placed the order at 1pm Friday afternoon. All orders go out the next day business day in case the customer makes any changes. Therefore it went out Monday and should be there soon. Since the order was sent as normal and will be there within 5 biz days I hope you consider updating your review if satisfied with our response. Let me know if you have any questions. Hello Mary Jane. I asked my customer support team to reach out. Please check your email. As for context of what occurred due to our size we require customers to log into their customer portal to manage their orders. When you sent a message in requesting to cancel, petscy replied back with step by step directions on how to log on and cancel (customer didn’t cancel). We use the same system as Amazon where a customer needs to manage. None the less; we will always do the right thing. Support has reached out and can assist with providing a free return label. Hello Melissa. I am sorry to hear that our chews didn’t help with your pups ailments. If your became worst than my only guess is that they may be allergic to pork flavoring. As for returning, we make it pretty simple. Fill out a return form or email Support@petscy and we will send you a free return stamp. Simply place on your order and throw in the mailbox. According to our records, you placed an order for a 6-pack of our itch chews for $136 which you chose the subscpriton option to ship every 3 months and added another one time purchase 6-pack upsell for $132.
