I accidentally ordered to the wrong address, it was one digit off. I tried calling customer service numerous times but was unable to get a hold of anyone so my product is shipping to the wrong place. My fault, but it would have been nice to speak with someone to hopefully get it corrected. EDIT: once my review was seen, someone reached out to me to get the correct address and I did receive my product. It’s been close to 2 weeks and I definitely notice less scratching. I am satisfied and will continue for at least the 3 months recommended to see how it goes. Thank you!

We just ask that you update your review based on how we responded to and resolved the issue. Also, I see that your order was placed at 6:00 PM. I’m assuming that’s around the time you called? I ordered the salmon and fish oil for our golden boy. He absolutely LOVES it. I just wish it came in larger sized pump bottles. If it does, I didnt find it. Ordering was easy and shipping quick. Thank You for delivering a wonderful product. If you make a larger size, Ill buy it.
