Hello Joanne. Thank for you for the feedback. I am reviewing your order history and see what happened. It appears that you ordered the itch chews on Auto Renew on 8/29 (Which you might not of realized) and therefore the 9/29 was the monthly rebill. Since you didn’t realize that you went ahead and ordered again on 9/17. In our terms and conditions we have a rule that a customer can not return previous orders. Only their current order. This is in place to avoid bad actors that use our products for three months and then return. In your case it was a simple misunderstanding but my customer service reps followed the policy rules. I apologize for the mix up and went ahead and refunded both orders in full. Please allow a week or so for them to return to your bank account. It will be 4 refunds around $15 each. Let me know if you have any questions. Chris Founder Update: thank you Joanne. Customers truly come first. I appreciate your understanding. As for your dog, from past customers when we hear that your dog had a rash either two things occurred. 1- your dog may be allergic to pork (chews are pork flavored) 2-Rash was caused by something else and determined through elimination. For example, Previous customers dog had rash As well. They eliminated the chews and rash still appeared. They then eliminated the new dog food and rash went away. Happy to say that customer returned and the dog has been on itch chews now for 6 months and counting. Once again thank you for the feedback as we will continually try and get better on our end.

Thank you for the feedback. We hope Romeo feels better. Majority of our clients see relief as time goes on. Supplements in some cases will heal your dog immediately and other times it may take time depending on their current vitamin and mineral defiancy as well as severity of one’s allergy. Please consider that your dog has been only taking the chews for two weeks or that your dog may be exposed to allergens everyday. For example, one customer in the past had the same issue. Finally they realized that their dog was allergic to The food they were feeding him. Once they switched up the food and provided the chews, the dogs issues were resolved. Another similar example is a customer called in and stated that our product was not helping. During the conversation we learned that their dog was allergic to grass and was constantly rolling around it everyday. As our products sometimes just don’t help every dog, there’s also a chance that it may not be the chew but that their allergies or exposure is way to much for the supplement to catch up to. Thank you for the review. I see that your dog has had the product for almost two weeks now. Some dogs react to our product quicker than others. We suggest giving it to them for at least 30-40 days.
