Hey Robert. No need to apologize as we appreciate the feedback. I’d be lying if I said our product has a 💯 effective rate. It does help more dogs than not. However, supplements aren’t always the magic bullet we hope for. That being said. You may want to focus on your pets food. For example, by dog will have itchy skin (prior to me creating our chews) based on the food we were feeding her. My dog could only eat fish flavored dog foods (as they provide more omega oils) and Purina. We once switched her brand up and that surprisingly had ramifications. So I’d start there as most of the times it’s the food or detergents/candles/oils in the house. Thank you Chris Founder

We apologize for the delay. Upon checking tracking the order was delayed in Orlando for a couple of days due to the chaos the hurricane caused here in Tampa and Orlando. The order shows that it’s in your city and should be there shortly. I resent a tracking email (check spam). Thank you Chris Founder

Sorry to hear that the chews didn’t help. If the chew did in fact make your dog worst then they are probably allergic to pork (flavoring). Unfortunately if a dog is allergic to the flavoring we rely on the customer to make that determination before ordering. If they are in fact allergic, you may have figured out their underlining condition. For example, if they’re allergic to pork; they may be allergic to chicken and/or beef. If so, your dog food may be the underlining cause or the brand. My pitty skin will go to hell if we feed her anything besides fish or beef flavor by a certain brand. We deviate her skin gets worst. Waiting in Texas, Petscy sends out a service review in a couple of days to understand if there were any issues with ordering as it allows us to better our company for the customer. We then send out a product review a couple of weeks later. Also, a majority of our customers our on a recurring order so they may be receiving this request day 33,66,99 etc. As for delivery, the order was placed on Saturday and therefore went out Monday. Tracking shows that it should be there in 5biz days which would be Monday but it may get there earlier. Let me know if there are any other reasons for leaving a one star review so I can address them. If we received a one star solely bc you received a service review, it would be appreciated if you simply ignore the request vs giving us a negative review for following up to ensure you ordered correctly, or had any concerns with the site or delivery.
