Hey Pat. Thanks for the feedback. We understand that every dog is different. We help many dogs but there's times where a chew might not be enough for your dogs underlining condition. If so you can reach email [email protected] at anytime to cancel any future orders. Another suggestion is to determine if your dog is consistently being exposed to any allergens through the process of elimination. For example, my dog Bella takes the Itch Chews and I ordered some different dog food recently (chicken flavored). I notice her itching increased even while taking the chews. Realized that she was allergic to the food and once off, her itching became better and once I reintroduced the chews, the itching went away. My point being is not that their food is an issue (maybe it is) but if their being exposed to an allergen daily. Dog foods, treats, scented oils, cleaners, etc. Thanks Chris Founder

Thank you for the feedback. Reviewing the tracking I see that USPS sat on the order for 5 days in Iowa. I apologize for the delay as this is uncommon. USPS has had its issues over the last month where a small % of orders are delayed, or worst never show up. However, we will do everything we can on our end to Improve and any future orders should only take 4-6 days total. . As for the chews size, we created the formula consistency so one could break up as needed for their smaller dogs. We appreciate your business and look forward to earning your business.

Hello Crystal. Thank you for the feedback. It a little unclear if there is an issue or not? Some dogs love them like a treat and some take them directly or broken into their food. The bottom line is the chews are for nutrients and if the dog loves the taste , than that’s even better. We do offer a dental treat that your dog may enjoy. Thanks Chris PetScy

Thank you for the feedback Evelyn. It appears that you dog is benefitting from the chews. May I suggest increasing the dosage to see if it helps even further? Our internal surveys show that most of our customers see results after 30 days. I see that you ordered on a ONE TIME PURCHASE. Assuming you will be ordering again I would suggest placing your next order on the monthly subscription as it will save you an additional 30% every order and show up to your door each month. Since your info is already on file you can contact customer service via email or phone (813-448-5000) and they can update for you. Also I started this company because of my Pitt.
