Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for the delay. This is a "one off" situation. The order reprocessed on Friday Dec 24th . Being that Christmas was on a Saturday, that Friday was a business holiday for the fullfillment company we utilize. The order was sent out on Monday Dec 27th, instead of that Friday, and delivered On January 3rd. I hope you can understand that the holidays was the sole reason. Hey Roy. Every dog is different so I can only provide tips in general. First, some customer increase their dosage and see further results. Now I would only recommend an extra half a chew assuming that they're over 25 lbs. If 60+lb you can go up a full chew. Second, I would look at their current dog food. My Pitbull takes the itch chews and helped her skin greatly. However, we switched her food one month and the chews were no longer effective. My dog itches and has skin issues with any chicken or beef flavor dog food. She even had issues with another Salmon flavor from a different brand. Point being, is you may want to replace your dogs food and see if that helps. I suggest a Salmon flavor as it will be packed with omega oils. Thanks PetScy

Hello Mrs McClure. I am reviewing your profile and wanted to clarify some things. PetScy did adjust your order. It will ship every two months so you won't receive a new order until 12/27 unless you cancel before then. As for when you called, we were unable to adjust the last order (2nd order) because it was already shipped. As for your dog. The chews can help within a week or within a month just depends on the dog. Also, its tough sometimes to see how your dog is benefitting. For example, your dog may be itching less but its tough to determine as you still see them itching throughout the day even though it may 30% or so less. That's why we tell customers to give it sometime, not because its not helping within a week or so but more because you will be able to see clear results over time. You will also want to make sure your pup is not exposed to any daily allergens. One common factor is their dog food, especially Chicken Flavor and some beef. My dog takes the itch chews and has greatly benefited from them. One month I switched her food up and the chews didn't work any longer. I soon realized that the dog food was causing her skin issues and when exposed to a direct allergen each day, it made it impossible for the chews to be effective. Point being, is if your dog is showing no signs after 30 days. Consider changing up their food or eliminating other house hold items (Candles, detergent, oils, etc) until you find whats causing your dogs allergy/skin issues. Understood. Some dogs see results immediately and others may take the whole jar. We tell customers to look for small changes each week. As its tough to know if your dog itched or shed a little less each day. Once you see small (or large) benefits, we know that your dog is responding accordingly and will continue to improve.
