I am writing this review not to review the product but to tell you about my experience with the company. I have two dogs, brother and sister that are almost 15 years old. Truth be told, I can’t get them to try anything new, they are pretty set in their ways. I had bought two jars of the itch chews, and no matter what I did I could not get them to eat them. I’m sure the product is good, but my dogs are pretty finicky. I emailed the company and ask if I could return one of the jars that had not been opened yet and was still sealed. Within two hours I got a reply by phone from Ref, One of their customer service people. He was wonderful and understanding and I had no problem getting a refund for the unopened jar. I am very pleased with your itch relief chews he had bald spots from licking and is on his 4th jar and all the bald spots are gone and he is a much happier and healthy dog i highly recommend this product to anyone that is having issues with thier dog have also recommended it to my friends

My dog loves the chewys. I have to put it in peanut butter but he takes it right down. I have had him one them since January and I have already noticed a difference. I give him 2 chews a day. The only thing I would watch for is stomach upset. Other than that a great product!

My 10 month old mini aussie was constantly licking her paws and had on/off scratching. She's kept well groomed and her paws are wiped clean every time we come in from outdoors. Claritin helped a bit for the scratching (not the paw-licking), but did not solve the problem and I didn't want to keep her on that for extended periods of time. I saw the ad for Petscy Itch Relief and was skeptical, but the reviews I read were promising, so I ordered hoping it would help her. Well, let me tell you, within a week the paw-licking stopped completely and the scratching has subsided (minimal now). We've only been using the product (1/2 a chew due to her weight - she loves the chew) for 2 weeks now and I intend to continue to do so. I'm a believer now and I'll definitely be ordering again!
