Very professional and quick service z!

While the shipping agent has been detained, I reached out to Petscy to see what was happening. They have been very kind and concerned that I've not received my order and have taken steps to rectify the issue. I greatly appreciate this company reaching out to be of great help. I am looking forward to receiving my order so my precious boy can get some relief of his itching, fur loss, and skin issues. Thank you Petscy for coming to my rescue!

I ordered itch relief for my dog and someone stole it. I called the company today and spoke with a wonderful gentleman who said, "yes it was delivered but we will send out another one free of charge". I am so happy that they will do this so that I can get my dog on it. Again customer service was awesome.

I have a monthly subscription for the 30ct Pro-biotic chews for dogs to make their skin and coats healthy. Not only did this make a huge difference in Bella scratching, gnawing, and not having anymore hotspots the product also nourishes their outside fur too. Their fur is so shiny and full. So this month I noticed we were not at a place where we could automatically let the $30.77 be drawn from our account via PayPal. With even Googling how to pause subscription payments on Paypal many different ways and it wasn't working. Paypal only had the option to cancel subscription or blocking the merchant. Made zero sense to me. However, I e-mailed the support website and they e-mailed me directly back within 24 hours and had my problem resolved just like that!! I told the representative that I didn't want to cancel the whole membership just bypass this month bc I couldn't afford it. She did just that. Explained to me that she understood my problem and not to worry. They would skip this month and begin the subscription back on September 23rd and even had encouraging words for my future. So not only is this an incredible product...their customer service ROCKS!!-

I purchased both the joint health and the itch relief chews. They have been very effective in helping my Senior dog, her movement is much better and it's a noticable improvement. The itch relief chews has worked very well too. She has reduced licking her paws and her coat looks very good. I'm completely satisfied, the Petscy products are really the only things that have worked effectively. I would recommend these two products to anyone.

This is an excellent product and really has helped our 12 year old dogs itching problem. She loves the chew bits and was always afraid of the constant baths and lotions. Highly recommend. Dr Pierce

Working good for our Older dog

I started my german shepard on a no grain diet of salmon and trout for allergies also added your chewies but she had issues with loose stools. Her stool became normal if I didnt use the chewy, my question is it there a specific time to give her the chewy?? Before a meal, morning or evening, mixed with food or separate. It seemed to help with her hot spots, more relaxed and itching less
