I have been a PetScy customer for years. I purchased extra itch relief on one of your sales, So I called to put a hold on my account for 3 months. I was told that you couldn't do that, I'd just have to discontinue my subscription. I did discontinue, as instructed. Now, I have resubscribed and I get emails, inviting me to come back. If I'll come back, I'll get 20% off for life. I did resubscribe but I am not getting the 20% off. I received an email asking me to send the email that told me I'd get 20% off for life, which I did, but still haven't received the 20% off. I do use Itch Relief for my Bichon, and have been pleased. But, I feel all the emails to "come back" means that you don't know that I am a customer, and haven't honored the 20% for life.

I wrote to report that I did not receive my product.I was informed very nicely that my product had been damaged and returned to sender. They are sending a replacement,but I feel that a replacement should have been sent when my original damaged order was returned to your company.I love your product..my dog has not itched since and she's been on it for over a year..

Been using PetScy for a while.

It seemed to take a long time for my order to get here. I haven’t started to use it yet, but I certainly hope it’s going to help my poor dog who just scratches and licks constantly. I’ve tried other things, but nothing has worked. I’m hoping this item will do the trick.

My little mini poodle Bourbon has only been taking the chews for just over a week. As it turned out, he had to have an anal gland expression. Waiting to see how he responds. So far he's still chewing his paw. Found out he has poultry allergies.
