Sorry to hear that your dog is having a negative reaction to the chew. Whenever this occurs it 99% turns out to be that the dog is allergic to the pork in the chews or one of the ingredients just doesnt sit well with your dog. I have Three tubs of chews that I didn't order. Got charged for them and didn't know that I was on a subscription. It was cancelled and I am still getting the chews and being charged for them....it needs to stop please. TY u can reach me at 217-440-0143

Hello Chris, I called a third time on the 5/28/25 spoke to same individual who hung up on me before. I called to inform that USPS site has package in route to be delivered on 5/30. I called to say package will be sent out on 6/2 using your return label he provided. Guess what he was rude to me again, nasty attitude. I ask why he was rude before and hung up on me again. So what is the reason for poor customer service. could you justify his unprofessional rudeness and action. Why do Petscy customer service behaving as a child. Is it a business? Why dont you check your recording. Hear it for yourself.

When I ask for a cancellation of a subscription as early as the previous month and they still charge and send the product, I am very dissatisfied. Also, my dog is still scratching and ears are bleeding and veterinary medicine is still required.
