Hey John, Thank you for your feedback. Our goal has always been to put pets over profits, which is why we invest in high-quality ingredients to give dogs the best chance to thrive and find relief. We're actually in the process of improving our Itch & Allergy Chews right now. Don't worry, the core ingredients will remain the same. However, we are increasing the amount of quercetin, a natural ingredient that acts similarly to an antihistamine, which should help even more dogs that need that extra boost. As for one-time purchase orders, that option is absolutely available on our website. When placing an order, you'll see the available purchase options. Below those options, there is a toggle that allows you to switch between a subscription and a one-time purchase. That said, I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, as it highlights that we can do a better job of making this option more visible and easier to understand.
