Hey Richard. I’m probably stating the obvious but is there anything that changed around week 3 such as an exposure to an allergen? Also, my pitty weighs 60lbs and I give her two chews a day instead of 1 daily chew. One in the morning and one before bed (to help with her sleep). Or 1.5 chews in the morning. Maybe that will help. Hello Edward. Reviewing the orders it shows that on Nov 14th you placed an order for the monthly Recurring option for one unit of itch chews. So the order that processed this morning was the order automatically processing and sent as it’s been 30 days. I see you come back on Dec 5th and placed a larger order that was also purchased on a “monthly recurring” basis. I went ahead and cancelled any future orders from rebilling. As for the smaller order that processed today, that’s was sent out already, you can either refuse the order and email us back once you do so and we will provide you a full refund. Also, when you place another order in the future make sure you order from the “one time purchase” tab and not the “recurring” tab that shows all of the same products set to a monthly subscription. Reviews are important to us. I hope you consider updating your review now that you’re aware of the situation and that PetScy acted as instructed. Let me know if you have any questions. Hey Barbara. Thank you for the feedback. The chew is effective for feet licking if it’s do to allergies. However, yeast is a common issue when it comes to foot irritation and if so the Probiotic chew would be the better solution. If interested you should see some emails providing a discount on our other chews. Also time could be the issue and may just need more of it as you alluded to but also dosage. You may want to bump up the dosage as a last hooray by a 1/2 a chew. I may be stating the obvious but majority of issues or caused by their diet. If you haven’t done so already I would consider changing up their food flavor and even brand if necessary. My dogs skin goes to hell if we feed her a chicken or beef flavored food. We feed her solely salmon or fish flavors as it has omega oils that’s essential for their skin. Just my two cents. Thanks Chris Founder

The chews can take a week or can take a month or so. I would say you’re on the right track if you’re seeing some healing. Please keep my updated after the next jar. Also, any chance you’re feeding your dog chicken or beef flavored food? My guess is the chews are helping but your dog may be exposed to an allergen on a acute basis and make it harder for the chews to breakthrough. Mentioning as previous customers had the same experience. Had minor results but figured out that their food was the main blockade. Thanks Chris Founder

The directions state that it takes 2-3 weeks for the chews to show results. I would say that’s a pretty good sign if it’s only been 3 days and his scratching has decreased even a small amount.. It means it’s working and they will only get better. Thank you for your business. Chris Founder
