I've used six containers of the stop itch. It didn't work for my dog so I have to go to something better. I needed to switch to apoquel. I found it to be extremely difficult to cancel my subscription to Petscy. They sent me an email saying last chance to change your subscription. I received a cancellation notice. The next day I received a notice that they had shipped the order to me. They had taken $72.60 out of my bank account. I've spent two days trying to contact them and tell them to please stop. I guess only time will tell if they got the message.

Hey Steven. Thank you for providing more information. When a customer orders our products on a recurring basis we require them to cancel their upcoming order before it processes. In your case the order processed before you cancelled meaning the order was already moving through the gears. Easiest solution, refuse the order and let us know once you do by emailing [email protected] or respond to this review. Once tracking updates a day later, we will issue a full refund.
