Customer Service still exists
Best customer service ever! There was a problem with my delivery but once I contacted the company through email I received an immediate response and a phone call. I’m excited to try the product but they gained loyalty immediately for their care for my concern that indirectly was not their fault. Thankful there are still companies that care about their customers. It’s rare.

As mentioned we went ahead and sent a replacement order out as it appears that UPS lost the order or is just taking their sweet time. Chris. Founder Hello Nicole, I am sorry to hear the order is delayed/lost. As you can imagine we rely on UPS and USPS to deliver our products and sometimes they fall short. However, once we learn about the issue we will quickly resolve. Can you please confirm your zip code and we will get a replacement order expedited . It works! That’s all that matters!
My precious little Pomeranian could not stop licking his paws and scratching all over. I give him one of the itch chews and one of the probiotic chews. After a month, he never licks his paws and stopped scratching. It works! I’m so happy!

It helped stop our dog from itching…
It helped stop our dog from itching constantly within just a few days. We had tried coconut cream, benadryl, and a couple of other items with no luck. Thank you so much for helping our furbaby
