Hello Beth, The Itch Relief Chews are packed with high-quality Omega oils, which can start helping your dog within a couple of days. However, in most cases, it takes a bottle or two for their skin to begin healing. I recommend finishing the current bottle and then assessing your pet to see if their itching has decreased compared to when you started. If there’s improvement, the chews are working, and your pet will continue to heal. We’re also excited about a new product that comes out DEC 1st!
