Hey Robert, Normally, orders take on average 4-5 biz days? I see that your latest order was on Friday at 3pm. Due to being the second half of the day the order was picked up on Monday. Tracking shows that it will be delivered Monday which is 5 business days but it should be their earlier since its coming from Tampa. Unfortunately, we have no control once the package is picked up. It's frustrating but until we've trained my pup Bella to deliver orders, we are kind of at their mercy. One work around we have is pushing your next order up one week earlier. Worst case, you get it with days to spare. Let me know if I am missing anything. Thank You, Chris Founder

Understandable. Some customers see results within a week and others can take a month or so. Its really dependent on the dog. Here if you need anything. Chris Founder

Hey Gail. Thank you for the feedback. I have three ideas on why. 1-Our chew is just not the right fit for your pets underlining condition and therefore not effective. 2-Any chance you're feeding your dog Beef or Chicken flavored dog foods? If so, your pet may be allergic to those flavors making too hard for the chews to overcome such acute exposure. 3- Time. Your dog will itch will taking the chews. The question is if they may be itching less than before and on their way to healing. These are three common things that come up when discussing if the chew is effective or not. Hey Lisa. The itch chews take usually a bottle to show results. Some customers see results within a week but every dog is different. Also, the itching will decrease over time so if you see them itching still you want to take notice of the quantity if that makes sense. Chris Founder
