I have called and left voice messages twice and no one has returned my call. The Dental Chews caused us issues. I am glad we were home when my dog was chewing on it. She would have died. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The product did not help my dog, I only give it two stars due to the fact that she does like it and wont eat most things of this nature. I have tried to cancel my order twice and still receive it so not sure how you actually get it to stop

The customer service was good, but the product didn't work for my dog. We used the entire container and got evembworse results. My dog is biting so bad he's now bleeding. I also had to mix the tablet in dog food because he didn't like the taste.

Sorry to hear. If your dog is now worst it may be that they're allergic to the pork flavoring. The chews have helped thousands of dogs but it once in a while it may not have the desired effect due to external reasons. -PetScy

I have a Pitt mix. He has allergies (skin/itching/red). I buy the purest dog food I can. I've purchased a lot of products on line for dog allergies and nothing works. Benadryl helps with itching for awhile but the cycle of itching starts again. Our veterinarian put him on steroids, apaquel and antibiotics. They helped a little but our Leo can't live on Rx's. Leo just started on your product so I'll wait to see what happens in a week. Thank you. Jeanne Rinehart/Leo our dog

The package arrived damaged. It appears something very heavy landed on it and crushed the jar causing contents to spill out. I’m not certain that the contents are useable.

Service was excellent. Product, not so much. I ordered the allergy/itch formula. It was delivered 4 or 5 days later. The dogs are still scratching.

Thank you for the feedback John. As for product I see in our records that it was delivered 4 days ago. Please allow a couple of weeks before considering the product a failure as supplements need time. You can also increase the dosage if you do not see results within a week or so as that can certainly help. If the chews are unsuccessful after 30 days. I would consider looking into if your dog is consistently exposed to an allergen on a daily basis. We do come across a lot of cases where the chews weren't the issue but the dog(s) where consuming dog food that they were allergic to (Poultry and Beef Flavor) or worst one customers dog was allergic to grass. Point being is when we hear that the chews are not having a positive effect, its usually due to larger underlying issues that unfortunately a supplement might not solve. Thanks

My order wasn’t even processed for about a full week after I made the purchase. On top of that, I’m sitting here watching my dog scratch as I write this. So I am not pleased. I believe your reviews on the wonderful results are a scam. Two day relief my foot. Since I paid way too much for it I will go ahead and use the whole bottle on my dog and see if it helps.
