Sorry to hear that the chew didn't help. If she's getting worst, she mat be allergic to the pork in the chew and would suggest ceasing immediately. PetScy

Hello Nicole. Updated reply 8.30.22: When it comes to our customers, PetScy has done many surveys with our customers and price is always a key indicator. Therefore, we have made the choice to ship our products in a Poly Envelope vs a box that Amazon offers. We believe that the savings our customers benefit from will make up for any shipping issues that may occur. If something does occur, as it did in your case, we will refund you the product. Normally, that will resolve the issue and the customer will be happy. Also keep in mind, the shampoo add on is priced at $13.75 on our site. We sell it at "cost" as a way to thank our customers and add more value. The same product can be ordered on Amazon and shipped in a box for $21.99. I hate to see that one of our "give away" as we call them, left a bad impression with our brand. Please let me know how I can resolve to make you become a 5 star reviewer? Please allow a week or so for the amount to appear back into your account ($13.75). As for the itch chews. If they end up being to your liking I would suggest buying in bulk for larger savings. Thank you for the feedback. If the chews are not helping, your pup is mostly likely being exposed to an allergen. The most common issue is their dog food (especially chicken or beef flavor) or household items. Also, skin issues may not be due to their skin but in fact their gut. You may want to try our probiotic chew as an imbalanced gut can lead to yeast and other skin issues. Thank you Petscy

Sorry to hear. Some dogs take longer than others (suggest using the whole bottle for results)and some just don’t benefit from a supplement as their underlining condition may be caused by an acute allergen exposure that the chews can’t over come (ie dog food). Petscy

Sorry to hear that the chews didn’t help. They’ve helped thousands of dogs but it depends if the dogs underlining condition is due to nutrition. The most common issue, for when the chews don’t work, is that the dog is likely exposed to an acute allergen. May be their food or a detergent/cleaner, etc. My pitbull Bella was allergic to the first 4 brands of food we purchased for her. We thought she was allergic to only flavors. But it turns out she would have skin issues based on the brand. Purina pro plan, Salmon and rice was the brand she finally responded to. Point being, If your dog is suffering. Keep changing out their food flavors and brands as they are most likely suffering from a food allergy which our chews will have a tough time overcoming. Thank you Petscy

I am sorry to hear that the probiotic chew did not benefit your dog. Our products have helped thousands of dogs and sometimes the product may not be the right fit for your dog's underlining condition. More importantly, if your dog has gotten worst. It sounds like they may be allergic to the Pork in the chews and should stop immediately. As for your dog's skin. One tip is to change your dog's food out, I speak to so many customers and a lot of their dog's issues are due to their food. For example, my dog will constantly itch if we feed her Chicken or Beef flavored food. I know it sounds like a pain but I bet if you cycle through some foods, you will eventually see your dogs symptoms subside. I would suggest Fish Flavors only as theyre loaded with Omega oils. If one brand doesnt work, try another, and so on. It took us 3 different brands before finding the right Salmon Flavored food for my Bella. We settled on Purina-Salmon Flavored (not grain free).
