Hello Kathryn, Each unit contains 30 chews, designed to last 30 days depending on the size of your dog. If you’re administering them as instructed (which I’m sure you are), the delay may be due to the shipping company or because the order was processed between Friday and Sunday, in which case it would ship the following Monday. To resolve this, I’ve moved your next order up by a week. Please reply if this presents any issues, but this should address the gap. Regarding the Multivitamin, we have discontinued that product. Due to rising costs, we felt it no longer met PetScy' s high standards for quality relative to cost. We are currently working on a replacement that will be 10x better. Hey Mickey, The Itch Relief Chews are packed with high-quality Omega oils, which can start helping your dog within a couple of days. However, in most cases, it takes a bottle or two for their skin to begin healing. I recommend finishing the current bottle and then assessing your pet to see if their itching has decreased compared to when you started. If there’s improvement, the chews are working, and your pet will continue to heal. We’re also excited about a new product that comes out DEC 1st! It contains all the effective ingredients of the Itch Relief chews, plus many more, providing both short-term relief and long-term healing benefits. If, at the end of the second bottle, you don’t see the results you’re hoping for, I suggest switching to our upgraded product, Itch Allergy Plus. Here at PETSCY, my goal is help pets and then make money. If that second bottle doesnt work, reply back to this review and Ill send you out the new product for free. The only request I have is to provide me a review after 30 days. My support team will not provide this offer so you need to reply to this review or create a new one (if you create a new one I will ask that you delete after we confirm anything) Note, the ITCH RELIEF will become our VALUE PRODUCT, mentioning in case you see the results as you may want to stay on the cheaper product for maintenance. Hello Shirley, your order was placed at 4:52PM est time on Friday. Any orders after 1 pm go out the next business day. Therefore the order was sent out today. UPDATE: I personally reviewed and we did in fact refund both orders. You may have already confirmed this since I was late to the party. None the less, if you check your bank account you should have two refunds for $30 or maybe one for $60. Reply back to this and ill resolve one way or another. Hey Robbie, glad to hear that the Joint Chews are helping. As for budget, we offer larger orders that cut down on costs. For example, you're currently receiving one unit each month. We offer a 3 or 6 pack that brings the costs down further as we pass on the decreased shipping costs since we are sending just one order vs multiple ones.
