The chews take at least a couple of weeks to work per directions on the bottle. Appreciate all feedback but ask that the product has ample time to work before leaving a product review. Also, make sure to contact support if you purchased on subscription IF you do not want any future orders. Thank you Petscy

Thank you for the feedback Thomas. If the chews are not helping there may be a couple of factors. 1-The chew is not the right fit for their underlining condition. 2-May need a couple more weeks or increased dosage. 3-Your dog may be exposed to an acute allergen. For example, a lot of dog's are allergic to chicken or beef flavored dog food. If so, the chews will not be able to overcome that exposure. I see that you have the product rebilling every two months. I went ahead and cancelled any future rebills. If things change and you want to keep that next order. You can reply back to this review and I will personally resolve. Thanks Chris Founder

Hello Kaleigh, I am sorry to about the delay or inconvenience. Petscy sent the order out the day it was ordered and rely on UPS/USPS. So it stinks that you’re unhappy with Petscy but understandable. I will personally resolve for you. Checking tracking, it shows that it was delivered on the address on file. https://www.ups.com/track?loc=null&tracknum=92748909840603583016428299&requester=MB/trackdetails Any chance that mailbox hasn’t been checked? Not home on Saturday and someone maybe stole from the front door? Or family member or neighbor grab on your behalf? Hey Donald, sorry to hear that the chews didn't help. Sometimes they're just not the right fit for your dog's underlining condition. In my position I speak to a lot of customer's about their dogs and allergies. I am sure I am stating the obvious but your dog's food is always the common denominator when it comes to skin issues. Along with taking the needed shots, I would suggest switching out your dog's food especially if it's chicken or beef flavor. My pitty and many customer's dogs are allergic to those flavors. Also from personal experience, brand matters as well. For example, I switched my dog's Salmon Flavored brand one month to another Salmon flavored brand, and her skin went to hell. Its tedious but I would bet that once you find the right food, your pups skin will clear up without the needed shots. I wish you the best of luck Chris Founder

Hello Thelma, We appreciate all feedback. However the directions on the bottle states that it takes at least two weeks for the product to start showing any benefits. Checking our records it shows that your order was delivered 3 days ago. Would you mind updating your review based on our delivery/service and/or flavor.
