Took too long to get product. I am an over the road truck driver and I order a lot of things online. I am very familiar with how long it generally takes to receive items and order accordingly. I place orders while I’m out on the road so that they arrive when I am home. I had hoped to do that with my first order and arrived at home three or four days after placing my order. Then, I was home for six days. I still have no clue how your product is because it didn’t arrive until days after I left out again. In the meantime, I had to stop and pick up something to replace your product with. At least I had some idea that I wouldn’t get my order in time as I played the waiting game of seeing that the shipping label had been printed and day after day went by with the carrier still waiting to pick up my order. My order is now sitting at home (I hope) and I will get back home in about two more weeks. Let’s hope that my experience with your company improves once my dog finally gets to try the product but, neither one of us is holding our breath. For the cost of your product, you should really try harder and get better soon. The shipping delay is entirely on your end. The product cannot get through the pipeline until your shipping department gets it in there. Time will tell if we become a regular customer. Timely and reliable shipping would help immensely.

Been using this now for 3 weeks with absolutely no change. Was hoping for results.

Hey Jamie, The ingredients in this product are proven to help dogs with allergies and skin issues when given the appropriate amount of time. Some dogs see results within three weeks, while others may take a month or more. The trickiest part with this chew is that results can be hard to notice at first. You might still see your dog itching and think the product isn’t helping, but in reality, they could be itching less than before and slowly improving over time. My own dog suffers from allergies—that’s actually why I created this product. When she first started taking it, I used one of those hand clickers to track how often she was itching. For the first couple of weeks, her itching was about the same. But by weeks three and four, I noticed a big reduction, and eventually, her itching stopped being an issue altogether. The point is, these chews are formulated to work gradually. They may already be helping even if it’s not obvious yet. We have plenty of reviews where customers initially say they don’t see results, only to update their reviews a month later praising how well the product worked. That said, I’m also a realist—our chews won’t work for every dog, depending on their underlying condition. I wish you and your pup the best. Chris Founder
