I am not sure why my last two orders had the same error, but getting the issue corrected was as simple as a very short email, a screenshot, and a picture. Pets Are Kids responded within the hour and promised a correction immediately (and some research to find why the error came up a second time). Great to have such rapid service and someone that actually reads the emails that they get and responds with a sensible, intelligent message that shows they actually read what I wrote. I wish all pet product firms were like that.

Their product initially had the desired effect on my pet but as he continued he developed an adverse reaction so we had to stop. Customer service was wonderful in their response
