Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and are working on clearly and efficiently serving all our customers. To be precise, the problems with your VPS started after you tried to reset system identifiers like UID and HWID using third-party tools. This may lead to unpredictable behavior and is not supported by our service. We don't take responsibility for any complications caused by unsupported modifications; this includes spoofing or tampering with system components. Our system administrator, Petros, put quite an effort to try and help you and offered to reinstall your VPS, which would have solved your problem. You, however, declined that solution. We also advised an upgrade because after the modifications, the resource monitoring on your VPS was broken, falsely showing 100% of memory usage. That was a reason for our suggestion to upgrade. We are honest in our service recommendations and would never pitch sales for any issue. We want your services to be running smoothly, and resource upgrades are the common solutions when there are resource constraints found. We always value our customers, we are sorry to see this situation has caused dissatisfaction. We will do our best to assist you further if you are willing to take our recommended solutions.
