I ordered the product for my dog to help with her itching and paw licking. It didn’t do anything to help her. I asked for a refund and they never even acknowledged me. Please give me my money back.

It’s not what I thought I was ordering. I thought it was tablets that they could chew up instead of sprinkle it on their food. Sorry but I want be ordering anything else. Penelope Clement

Said 2-3 days expedited Ordered on Feb 2 Maybe getting today.3/20 Will see when I get home Also was told comes from Texas. I sure hope it's not from China (with the delay in shipping makes you wonder)

Worst pet toys ever and worst customer service I have ever come across. Dog tore up all three toys in the first day. When I called for a refund they told me all dogs are different and that they could not refund the toys that they said were indestructible. Instead they sent me a new toy which again was trashed after a few hours

Not only was the toy not indestructible but Petronics uses false advertising. Their website clearly stated "Buy 1, get 2 free". However, we received only the 1. After a couple of useless emails from them, they stopped responding. Their customer service is a joke. Do NOT buy from this company. Big waste of money and my time!

Absolutely terrible company... Indestructible ??? What a joke.. Cheap Chinese crap... 2 toys destroyed within minutes.... Good luck trying to get your money back ......... What a scam

NOT durable. NOT a trustworthy company. I bought two of these on a buy one get one deal. My dog (lab mix) ripped it apart in less than 5 minutes. I’m my attempt to receive my guaranteed refund, the company has been unwilling to help and now even getting short with me. They offer me to replace the piece of crap toy, or after several emails, offered me a 30% return. This tells me they’d rather pedal more of these low quality toys for free than give me a 30% refund. I had a feeling this might have happened but went through with the purchase anyway. Buyer beware!

I’d give them zero stars if possible. The claim these toys are made for aggressive chewers is absolutely false. They are also much smaller than advertised. Their phone # doesn’t work and their email bounces back. Don’t fall for their cute pictures and false claims. This company appears to be a well made internet scam.
