The Petro technician was the gold standard
The Petro technician was prompt, communicative, competent, and trustworthy, the last an important consideration since I allowed his entrance to my home without being present. He serviced my heating system competently and efficiently, and locked up upon leaving and communicating with me. It was a totally satisfying experience for a customer of decades.

Extremely friendly technician
Extremely friendly technician. The only request I'd recommend is to have tech call when he's on-the-way, so we're not waiting for him during the whole 4-hour window.

Tech showed me a part needed…
Tech showed me a part needed replacement. 2nd tech replaced defective part. I bought Unit 4 years ago.
