Thanks so much for giving Petralyte a try! Some cats can take a little time to warm up to anything new, but there's almost always a way to win them over. Here are a few tricks that work well: 1. Start with just a tiny pinch (1/16 of a sachet) and gradually increase over 5-7 days 2. Mix into a strong-smelling wet food, lickable treat, or a spoonful of pet-safe bone broth 3. Try our Unflavored variety if you haven't already - it's nearly undetectable when mixed in 4. Offer it when they're hungry, right before mealtime Please reach out to us directly and we'd love to help you find what works for your kitty. We want them to love it! 🐾

The product is very good. My cat goes to the bathroom regularly now I would recommend this product to anybody that has cats or dogs. I’ll be giving it to my cat faithfully every day for two or three months.

First the unflavored option is perfect. I mix in the Petralyte into a little of Tiki Cat Stix Lickable wet treat, along with 1/4 tsp of NHV PetOmega 3, and hand feed her. I will be adding some other supplements. Melody Joy is well hydrated .

We love this routine! Mixing the unflavored Petralyte with a lickable treat is such a clever way to get everything in. And it sounds like Melody Joy is getting the royal treatment. So happy to hear she's staying well hydrated. Thank you for sharing your approach, it's a great tip for other cat parents! 🐾

My cats would not eat their food. I’m going to try it again without them watching me,

Thanks so much for giving Petralyte a try! The good news is this is super common with cats, and there's almost always a way to win them over with a little patience. Here are the tricks that work best: 1. Go slow with a tiny pinch: Start with just 1/16 of a sachet (so small they barely notice) and gradually increase over 5-7 days. 2. Mix into something they already love: A lickable treat, a spoonful of wet food, tuna juice, or pet-safe bone broth. 3. Warm the food slightly: Gently warming their food (not the supplement) enhances the aroma and often makes it irresistible. 4. Try the unflavored option: It's nearly undetectable when mixed in. 5. Serve when they're hungry: Offering Petralyte-mixed food right before mealtime, when they're most motivated, tends to work well. 6. Stealth mode works: Your instinct to prep it out of sight is spot on, many cat parents do exactly this. Hope this helps, and please don't hesistate to reach out to us directly! 🐾

Opened one of the packets and part of it had solidified as if it melted from heat exposure then turned solid when the weather cooled down? Threw that part out and used the rest of it in my cat's food. It was the unflavored and my cat ate it up so at least the unflavored worked out for her taste wise! Not sure it helped my cat or not, too early to tell.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for trying Petralyte. We’re sorry one of the packets appeared to have partially solidified, which can occasionally happen from heat exposure in transit. We’re very happy to hear the unflavored version worked well for your cat from a taste perspective. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can help in any way.
