Wow wow wow!!
Wow wow wow!!! What an adorable picture we got from our lovely Archie. Almost cuter than the real one😅. Absolutely amazing how the technology emphasises his features and captures his personality. Now I just want more dogs to get more pictures. Big thank you!!!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Highly recommend
Highly recommend! Ordering was easy, and the portrait was ready for approval within the timeframe given. It is great that they give the option to review and change before it's mailed. I did have a few minor tweaks to make, and they made the changes very quickly and exactly how I wanted. Finished product was great!

I purchased two pet portraits
I purchased two pet portraits, one of my son's dog whom he had to put down recently, the picture really captured her personality! The second one was of my dog and it's pretty adorable. I also had an issue that I emailed them about and their response was very fast. I am very pleased with both the product and the service.

I placed my order on august 4
I placed my order on august 4. Shipping information said it was in Pennsylvania on august 12. Still have not received my picture. I’ve been in contact with the company and I wanted another picture created bc it’s clearly lost. I was told they would create another one and send it to me by September 7!!!!! Almost a month since I purchased it. It was supposed to be a gift for someone. Totally missed their birthday. Super disappointed with the company and the response to the issue. Would not recommend.

Hi Kristy, we deeply apologize for the shipping delay and the frustration and inconvenience it has caused you. We understand your disappointment. This was an unfortunate and rare occurrence, and we appreciate your patience throughout this process. We've taken immediate action to rectify the situation and will send you a replacement canvas, which should reach you in no time.

Amazing and talented artist!
The person I worked with did exactly what I asked and did an amazing job capturing my brother's dog's expression. The picture was adorable and appreciate all their work.

Makes my Heart Happy
After submitting the photos of my furry best friend, I anxiously awaited the first glimpse of the artist’s work. I was not disappointed! It was beautiful and made me so happy. I requested lightening of the background only b/c I knew where this portrait would hang and the color that would compliment the room. I was sent two color options and loved both. I managed to make a decision and gave them my approval. After that, it seemed as if the portrait arrived in no time!! It was even more beautiful in person. I am planning my next order already!

Really great to work with
Really great to work with, the product came out beautiful. My only concern is that I was promised work would get done immediately (which I paid extra for) and it felt like two weeks had gone by until I got a preview of the work. And only because I asked about how the progress was coming along (twice.)
Response from Pet PortraitsAug 4, 2023
