PetPartnersReviews of petpartners.com

I had been denied for two claims since starting a new job and switching over from an employer-based plan to a personal plan. Alicia from the Customer Care Team helped resolve the issue, get my claims re-reviewed and get fair compensation. Alicia is a wonderful team member and deserves a raise for her hard work and dedication. Thank you!

Was very thankful to have Mrs Katt work with me and explained things I didn’t no was very easy thank u give her a gift card lol

Angela was absolutely amazing. She deserves a raise. She identified a plan that would work perfectly for my dog. She answered every question with a positive and precise response. I have dealt with many customer service representatives and very few compare to her. This experience was one of the best that I have had through a phone call. Thank you so much, Angela.

A++ experience. No automated menu, got to speak to an actual human being (Laura!) within 3 rings. She answered all my questions, and I had everything I needed within that 5 minute call. Very impressed! Thanks for a great experience.

I called pet partnered and Alicia called me back. I had an usual problem it turns out. She guided me through the process to resolve my issue. Alicia was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Rare thing today it seems. Thank you.

Sydney was wonderful, so polite and professional and an absolute pleasure to speak with. She answered all my questions and provided literally the best customer service I have received in a decade. It is very clear that Petpartners and Sydney are focused on the people they serve.

Kat was very professional and helped me solve a dispute I had. The process to complete was easy and quick.

I’m very happy with the quick turnaround once a claim is filed. It’s such an easy process. Thank you Pet Partners!!
